The lot is accessible Monday – Friday only and is gated. The gate is open from 7am – 9pm. Tenants of Quintet I with FOBS can have access 24/7. Tenants of Quintet II and the general public will not be provided with FOBS nor will have access to the lot when the gate is closed. This is a virtual permit; no physical permit is sent out. Once purchased please ensure your license plate of the vehicles parking are correctly inputted and registered to your account/permit to avoid any parking notices.
